What are Meridians?

Meridians are energy channels 'that move ' life force energy or (Chi/Qi) throughout the body. The meridians contain points that are used in acupressure and acupuncture. Each of a set of pathways in the body along which vital energy is said to flow. There are twelve (main) such pathways associated with specific organs.
