    The Host and Vendor parties both agree to the following terms: 
    Location: Mark SQuared 1804 Montreal Court (Suite B) , Tucker GA. 30084
     Food Vendor: Due to logistics of food vendor set-up, you are asked to check in between 12pm– 1pm   
    All other vendors must check-in between 12:30pm-1:30pm.  Break down is between 7pm-8pm.
    ​
    All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first serve basis and honored whenever possible.  You must provide your own tables, chairs etc… 

     All vendors must donate a door prize of at least a $20 value.

    The Vendor will not vend any items or services that are not disclosed here at the Event without prior written consent from the Host.

    Vendor's station &  table size will  be the standard size or approximately 2 X 6 ft. and shall be clean and orderly; and shall follow all applicable laws and regulations of the County and State of said Event. Vendor shall leave station in an orderly clean manner.

    Vendor's staff may exhibit that goods are for sale only while the staff is within the area of the vendor's specified location.
     
    There is to be no loud distracting music, noise, and or sound amplification devices used by Vendor's staff at the above mentioned Event. 

    Vendor agrees to hold the Host free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above mentioned Event. 

    This event occurs rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold. 

     All vendor fees are non-refundable. 

     All vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance and read and sign attached waiver. If you do not have a liability insurance you MUST sign a waiver. Please fill out vendor registration completely.

     Booths/tables may not be shared; anyone selling their wares must go through the application
    process (exceptions may only be made for instructors);

    Payment Schedule:
    Applications along with FULL payment due on or by September 17th, 2018
    Cancellations of the event are non-refundable.
