A Sacred Circle is a gathering space that encourages the participants support one another, learn, share and practice self-love techniques. A Sacred Circle Is a space of: Trust, Belonging, Big Hugs, Learning, Healing, Sanctuary, Self-expression, Connecting & Re-Connection.

What is a Sacred Circle?

When can I do a Sacred Circle?
Sacred Circles are great for Bachelor/Bachelorette gatherings, Before Marriage, Ladies Day Out, Men's Day Out, Couples Gathering, Rites of Passages, First Moon Ceremony, Blessing-Ways, Birthdays, Just Because, Self-Care any type of celebrations warrants a Sacred Circle.
How many people are allowed to participate?
7 person minimum is required. ( Host is included in the count of 7.)
If 10 or more guest, (This does not count the host in the 10 person count,) host gets free base pay and energy work and certain in house services. If more than 10 will participate, we will call in extra assistance. We encourage no more than 20 participants due to the individualized care that may be needed.
Who is considered the host?
The person inquires and who has one on one contact with the Sacred Circle Planner.
How much does it cost?
Prices may vary. Pricing includes a base of $25 + the cost of services you choose (with a 3 service minimum.) The good news is, you can choose services within your price range.
Why is 7 your minimum number of participants?
7 is related to spiritual life. 7 means that you should turn more to your spirituality and that it is the time for spiritual awakening. 7 is related to inner wisdom, mysticism, intuition and inner strength which is a powerful foundation to come together on during sacred union.
Do you offer alcoholic beverages at your Sacred Circle Events?
No. Please be advised, We do not mix energy work and alcohol/mind altering medications or illegal substance. This is not a good mixture! We encourage that participants focus on the sacred act of healing and only intake healing beverages during our time together. Host are welcome to provide wine, however we do
not.
How do I book?
Please book your sacred circle 4-6 weeks in advance. Call 678-824-5025 to speak with a Sacred Circle Planner. If planning within 3 weeks there will be a $200 fee added. You can also visit www.harambeehouseofwellness.com to fill out a form to book.
How does payments work?
Down payments are due at booking and are none refundable. You can pay via PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Cash, or Zelle. You can choose to pay in one lump sum, or break the payments up. All payments are due 1 week prior to event date.
Do we come to you or do you come to us?
Both- You can host it here at Harambee House of Wellness in Snellville Ga., We can come to you. Free travel within 20 miles. Travel charge for over 20 miles. 75¢ per mile charge
Things to consider.
We will travel up to 50 miles, anything over 50 miles would be considered an OVERNIGHT STAY which will result in per diem fees. (Speak with your Sacred Circle planner for more info.) NOTE: If we travel to you...Make sure the space is well lit, clean and free of clutter.
What are In-House Services?
These are services that we at Harambee House of Wellness offer and provide ourselves.
Other services may require an outsourced vendor to provide said services.
Do you provide decor or food?
We do not provide food or ambiance, host/hostess does., unless ordered from an outsourced vendor during time of initial consultation.
