A Full Energetic Assessment is an in-depth 90-minute session designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of your energy system. During this session, the practitioner will perform an auric field reading to evaluate the overall state of your energy field, conduct a detailed chakra reading to identify any imbalances, and perform energetic testing to detect the presence of any negative entities that may be impacting your well-being. The "Findings" Follow-Up

The "Findings" Follow-Up session builds on the insights gathered from your initial Full Energetic Assessment. In this session, the practitioner will present a comprehensive plan of action based on the results of your auric field reading, chakra assessment, and energetic testing for negative entities. This personalized plan will outline the recommended services, treatments, and products designed to address any imbalances or issues identified, guiding you toward optimal energetic health and well-being. This is a video session and cost is included in the initial Full Energetic Assessment.

OPEN THY HEART SESSIONS

A Heart Chakra focused session combines various techniques to promote balance and healing in the heart energy center. This session includes: Breathwork and/or meditation, heart opening energy healing, heart-opening essential oils and affirmations, as well as sound therapy specifically targeted towards the heart space.  Essential oils such as rose, jasmine, or bergamot are commonly chosen for their heart-opening properties. These oils can be diffused or applied topically to enhance the emotional and energetic healing process. Affirmations focused on love, compassion, and self-acceptance may also be incorporated to reinforce positive intentions and beliefs. These sessions are in-person only and can last up to 1 hour.

​The Sound Bowl Sanctuary offers a sacred space to gather, where participants can experience the soothing tones of sound bowls while engaging in reflective writing all while creating a sacred environment for personal healing. The Sound Bowl Sanctuary provides an opportunity for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions through journaling, conversations and communing. Accompanied with the calming vibrations of the sound bowls the intention is to create a safe and supportive space for participants to process their experiences, promote self-reflection, create community and facilitate healing. When the weather is permittable, we will have an outdoor vendor .
