What is an Intuitive Self-Love Analysis?
We are currently living in a self-love deficient environment, and the only way to remedy it is to start with you. As a life coach and an energy practitioner, There are some questions that are often asked about self love, such as:
“How do you love yourself?”,
“What can I do to care for myself?”,
“How do I make time for me and not feel guilty?”,
“Where do I start?”
I am so thankful to be able to now offer my clients Intuitive Self-Love Analysis Readings. You can only relate and understand people to the extent that you have met, loved, explored and understood you own emotions, experiences, and inner selves. These sessions are a great space to begin your journey to self love.
An intuitive self-love analysis reading is a comprehensive and holistic approach to exploring and nurturing self-love. This personalized experience combines various modalities to support your journey towards self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. The session begins with an intuitive Shadow work card reading, where the reader uses tarot or oracle cards to gain insights into your current state of self-love and identify areas that may require attention. This involves delving into
the subconscious mind to explore and face any unresolved issues, traumas, or limiting beliefs that may be hindering your ability to fully love and accept yourself on a deeper level.
Your Self-Love Analysis Session will include:
• A Shadow Reading-During the session, we will create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your subconscious mind and uncover hidden patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be holding you back through an intuitive card reading. This reading will help you gain a deeper understanding of your current situation, identify any underlying fears, blocks or limiting beliefs, and provide guidance on how to navigate through challenges or make positive changes in your life.
• A Self-Care Reading-Through this process, you will gain a deeper understanding of your self-care needs and identify areas where you may be neglecting yourself. The intuitive life coach will help you analyze your current self-care routine, explore any barriers or challenges you may be facing, and provide guidance on how to incorporate more effective and nourishing self-care practices into your daily life.
• Intuitive Self Love Analysis Workbook- This workbook will provide a space to take detailed notes about your reading.
• Accountability Life Coach Sessions(Optional)-To ensure ongoing progress and accountability, regular check-in sessions with the life coaching can be included.

These sessions allow for deeper discussions, reflection, and guidance on implementing self-love practices and overcoming challenges that may arise along the way. Overall, the intuitive self-love analysis reading provides a comprehensive and personalized approach to help you cultivate a deeper sense of self-love, heal past wounds, and embrace your authentic self. The combination of modalities and ongoing support from the life coach ensures a transformative and empowering experience! Some plans will include some personal ceremonies for participants.
