The M.E. Project: Manifesting Empowerment™

The purpose of The M.E. Project: Manifesting Empowerment™is to assist individuals to reflect on self healing, self love, self worth, self respect and overall focus on empowerment of self.

We will utilize various techniques and tools to encourage & promote self work on a consistent basis.

This project is an ongoing monthly group project with weekly self work assignments. Healing is a daily practice and this project will provide the needed support and sanctuary for manifesting of our higher selves.
