The Sound Bowl Sanctuary offers a sacred space to gather, where participants can experience the soothing tones of sound bowls while engaging in reflective writing all while creating a sacred environment for personal healing. The Sound Bowl Sanctuary provides an opportunity for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions through journaling, conversations and communing. Accompanied with the calming vibrations of the sound bowls the intention is to create a safe and supportive space for participants to process their experiences, promote self-reflection, create community and facilitate healing.
